I posted a blog today on the Fat Into The Fire blog, http://blog.fatintothefire.com about thermogenesis.
In the quest for finding a super fat burning pill, a magic weight loss bullet, people tend to forget the REAL ways to lose weight by inducing thermogenesis.
And that is what is in the Fat Into The Fire book.
Sure there are pills and supplements. Some work to a degree, others are worthless.
Very popular a decade ago, ephedrine hcl was all the rage. And for good reason. It worked phenomenally.
You could almost feel your body start heating up within moments of taking it. Most notably if you used the ever popular ’stack’ of ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin. But it was somewhat dangerous and unhealthy. Then outlawed for sale in the U.S. Nobody likes jittery nerves not to mention a pounding heart rate.
Ever popular through the years-Apple Cider Vinegar is supposed to help. If you don’t mind ’shooting’ 2 Tablespoons of it 3-4x per day before meals or snacks. Not bad though, kind of tasty and invigorating. Actually seems to reduce hunger.
All said and done, using caffeine moderately, and tea, specifically green tea can help raise your metabolism. And if you are ‘hard core serious’ definitely add the apple cider vinegar. Not the tablets, I am talking about the real apple cider vinegar. Liquid form off the grocery store shelf. CHEERS!
