Can You ‘Crank Up’ Your Fat Loss Enzymes? Are You Limited?

By fatintothefire

CARBOHYDRATES AND FATTY ACIDS are the main fuel sources utilized during exercise and for muscle recovery.  That is one reason why fatty acid food sources, rich in omega-3 fatty acids, are so important to a diet that Maximizes your Metabolism.  Lipoprotein lipase (LPL), is crucial to the breakdown of fatty acids (as in the Stored Fat that you want to get rid of.

Guess what exercise does?  It increases your Lipoprotein Lipase (LPL).  You could think of LPL as your own internal Fat Burner.  You see, fat burning isn’t in a diet pill.  It is within you.

Increase the enzyme that burns fat in your muscle tissue = Increase your Fat Burning

Yet another factor is involved to increase the above equation.

Increase your muscle tone and muscle mass = Increase LPL and further increase Fat Burning

In my book, Fat Into The Fire, I present a very easy method of fat loss to achieve just that.

I call it ‘Low Speed Fat Loss’.  Now, there is a faster plan in the book also.  But not everyone feels the need to get there at 100mph.  There is nothing wrong with taking a subtle and gentle approach to losing weight and getting in shape.  After all, it took a lot of time to pack those extra pounds on.  You should realistically give yourself plenty of time to take it off and keep it off.

Remember, every single step in the right direction, every day, meal, snack, 10 minute workout is a positive step toward your ultimate goal.  Don’t let yourself be limited.  Even 10 minutes of exercise will help increaese your LPL and increase your fat burning.
