The power of the mind and the power of your subconscious are so incredible, they go beyond our means of comprehension. The brain contains more than 100 billion neurons (cells), and each one of these neurons is linked to as many as 10,000 other neurons. Today, top scientists are researching and uncovering more and more about the awesome power of the brain and the subconscious. Recent scientific breakthroughs have uncovered information about the mind that Asian and other countries and religions have known about and have been taking advantage of for over 5,000 years: Concepts about being able to achieve what you train your mind to believe; concepts about our feelings being created by our thoughts; concepts about how we can control our thoughts. Recent scientific and medical breakthroughs uncovering how the mind can control parts of the body that was once considered uncontrollable. One practice of this is called Biofeedback. Biofeedback teaches you through visualization and audio techniques to control your body. Some of these mind techniques include teaching your mind to control certain involuntary body responses. It has been shown to be helpful in treating asthma, IBS, incontinence, epilepsy, headaches, high blood pressure, muscle tension, stress, and anxiety. Biofeedback is used today at many treatment centers. Authoritarians, scholars, and religions have been saying the body can treat and heal itself for thousands of years.
Twenty years ago, as a competitive athlete, I began researching the latest, cutting edge methods in order to be the best.
